  • Arrivals: Up to 45 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight arrival time

  • Departures: Up to 20 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time

  • Additional waiting time beyond the free allowance may incur extra charges

  • Flight details (airline and flight number)

  • Pick-up and drop-off address

  • Contact number reachable on the day of service (WhatsApp or Viber preferred)
